Join a national Corporate Insurance & Risk team handling a mixed caseload of employers' liability (EL) and public liability (PL) claims for corporate clients. The role covers both pre‑litigation and litigated matters, with an emphasis on managing fast‑track EL/PL files to deliver commercially focused outcomes.

This is a full‑time, nationwide opportunity within a large claims solutions group. The team advises corporate defendants on all stages of injury claims and seeks candidates who can provide consistent, high‑quality client service and contribute to business‑development activity.

Proven experience managing your own caseload of pre‑litigation EL and PL fast‑track claims (essential)
Experience of EL/PL litigation and assessing quantum on multi‑track claims (desirable)
Qualified Solicitor, CILEx, Chartered Legal Executive, Barrister or experienced paralegal with relevant civil liability experience
Excellent client‑handling and relationship skills, with commercial awareness
Strong written and oral communication, analytical ability and IT literacy (Word, Excel)
