Join a well-regarded independent UK law firm’s Intellectual Property team as a UK-qualified Trade Mark Attorney. The role offers exposure to commercially-focused, high-profile trademark work for national and international clients across retail, consumer goods, media and leisure sectors.

The team handles both contentious and non-contentious trade mark matters, including global filing strategy, clearance, protection and enforcement. You will work with an experienced, multi-office IP group and contribute to client-facing advice and team development.

The position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis with flexible working options and the possibility to work from one of the firm's offices while supporting national clients.

UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney qualification
Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in trade marks
Proven experience in clearance, filing strategy, protection and enforcement of trade marks
Strong client-care skills, commercial awareness and ability to work independently or as part of a team; experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues desirable
