An established UK law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its national Family team. The role will support and develop the Family practice across multiple offices, with a particular focus on growing the Glasgow presence and delivering high-quality clients services.

The post requires handling a varied private client caseload, including children and financial matters and higher-value/complex family cases. The successful candidate will supervise junior staff, assist with business development activity and contribute to departmental objectives and KPIs.

Minimum 2 years PQE in family law
Experience across children and financial remedy work; experience with high-value or complex cases desirable
Court experience (Sheriff Court/Court of Session or equivalent) preferred
Supervisory experience and ability to mentor trainees/paralegals
Proven business development skills and a network of contacts advantageous
Excellent communication, IT, time-management and organisational skills
