Top-tier US law firm is seeking Finance Associates to join its Corporate Debt group. Positions are open in multiple U.S. offices, with current hiring needs in New York and Los Angeles. The role focuses on syndicated lending, secured transactions and other commercial finance matters on the borrower side.

Work will include borrower-side private equity-sponsored and non-sponsored asset-based and cash-flow credit facilities; experience with debt capital markets instruments is a plus. The team handles complex, high-value financings and seeks candidates who can manage multiple transactions and client-facing responsibilities.
