A mid-to-senior level Finance Associate is being recruited to join a busy finance team in Atlanta. The role focuses on complex lending work for both lenders and corporate borrowers, including acquisition financings, syndicated facilities and cross-border transactions.

The team works on high-value, sophisticated financings in a large-firm environment. The role offers exposure to a broad range of lenders and corporate clients and opportunities for substantive deal experience.

2–6 years post-qualification experience in lender and borrower-side lending transactions
Experience with acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities and cross-border financings
Prior experience at a large law firm preferred
