Finance Associate — Finance & Banking, Frankfurt

Mid-level associate role in the finance team of a global law firm’s Frankfurt office, working on cross-border and domestic financing matters with emphasis on leveraged and acquisition financings, unitranche/private credit structures, refinancings and syndicated facilities.

You will work closely with international offices on complex, market-leading transactions, have direct client contact and early responsibility on matters. The team offers structured mentoring, formal training and regular team networking activities.

• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in finance/leveraged finance at an international firm or specialist boutique
• Volljurist with both Staatsexamina (strong academic record)
• Solid understanding of financing structures, security packages and intercreditor arrangements
• Very strong English language skills; international experience (LL.M. or study abroad) advantageous
