Opportunity for a partner-level finance and banking lawyer to join a well-established national law firm’s Raleigh office. The role focuses on advising banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a range of commercial lending and secured finance matters.

The team handles sophisticated bilateral and syndicated lending, asset-based lending, and related finance transactions. The position offers significant client-facing work, opportunities to lead deals, and the chance to grow a regional finance practice within a broad platform.

Established partner with a demonstrable track record in finance & banking transactions.
Experience with commercial lending, syndicated loans, asset-based lending or related secured finance work.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; a portable practice or business development pipeline is preferred.
Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to obtain admission; strong leadership and deal-management skills.
