Experienced finance associate (5–8 years PQE) opportunity in a leading national finance team based in Birmingham. The role focuses on leveraged finance, real estate finance and corporate lending across regional and cross‑border transactions.

You will work on complex, high‑value banking matters for lenders, funders and corporate borrowers, collaborating with senior lawyers on commercially sensitive deals. The team is highly ranked and offers structured training, close mentorship and clear progression routes.

Qualified in England & Wales with circa 5–8 years PQE
Experience in leveraged finance, real estate finance or corporate lending at a national or City firm
Strong technical drafting skills, commercial judgment and client-facing experience
Able to contribute to business development and work effectively within a high-performing team
