Experienced finance and restructuring associate to join a Delaware office finance & restructuring group. The role offers hands-on work on bankruptcy and related commercial litigation matters within a collaborative, team-oriented practice.

You will support restructurings, debtor/creditor matters and contested litigation across a range of industries, working with senior lawyers on complex, court-focused matters. The office operates a hybrid model and emphasizes professional development and mentoring.

JD from an ABA-accredited law school
1–5 years of bankruptcy and/or commercial litigation experience
Admission to the Delaware bar
Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent academic credentials
