Associate — Litigation — Wilmington

Top-tier litigation team in Wilmington is seeking a 2nd–3rd year associate to support corporate and commercial disputes, with a heavy focus on Delaware Chancery Court matters. The role will involve substantive briefing, motion practice, discovery, and courtroom preparation on complex corporate litigation tied to private equity and M&A transactions.

Ideal candidates will have litigation experience in Delaware courts, strong legal writing and research skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Judicial clerks are encouraged to apply.

• 2–3 years post-qualification litigation experience, including significant Delaware Court of Chancery exposure
• Member in good standing of the Delaware Bar
• Outstanding academic credentials and strong legal research & writing
• Experience with corporate/PE or M&A-related disputes and comfort managing competing deadlines
