Corporate & Commercial Litigation Attorney — Wilmington

Seeking a motivated commercial litigation attorney to join a national disputes team based in Wilmington, DE. The role involves handling a mix of defense and advisory commercial matters and may include work for clients and teams across the United States.

The successful candidate will join a global firm’s commercial litigation practice and will receive formal training, mentoring and opportunities for secondments and cross-office collaboration. The position is full-time, hybrid, and comes with a competitive compensation package and benefits.

• Qualified to practice in Delaware (additional state admissions a plus)
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification commercial litigation experience
• Strong drafting, motion practice and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on national matters and manage multiple files
