Litigation Associate

Our San Francisco office is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our collegial and dynamic Litigation Group. You will work across a broad range of complex disputes, including securities and shareholder derivative claims, consumer class actions, and other commercial litigation. The group also conducts internal investigations and defends companies and individuals in federal and state investigations and related proceedings.

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional academic credentials, strong research and writing skills, and admission to the California bar. You should have experience drafting motions, handling discovery, and analyzing complex factual and legal issues.
