A Northern California litigation and regulatory enforcement team is seeking a motivated mid-level associate to join its commercial litigation practice. The role offers immediate, hands-on involvement in high-profile and cutting-edge disputes for leading global technology companies, spanning areas such as AI, social media, search, advertising, gaming, streaming, and virtual meeting platforms.

The associate will work as part of collaborative case teams on complex litigation, with substantive responsibility for research, writing, and client service from the outset. Ideal candidates bring experience in consumer class actions, mass tort defense, privacy litigation, or disputes involving technology companies.

Strong research and writing skills, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to client service are essential. Candidates should be admitted (or eligible for admission) to the California Bar and willing to be based in Palo Alto or San Francisco.

2–4 years of litigation experience, ideally at a leading law firm or via a judicial clerkship
Solid experience handling complex commercial litigation matters
Experience with consumer class actions, mass tort defense, privacy litigation, or technology-company disputes preferred
Strong legal research and writing skills and excellent communication
Admitted (or eligible for admission) to the California Bar
Willing to be based in Palo Alto or San Francisco
