Mid-Level Litigation Associate (Northern California)

Am Law 100 firm seeks a mid-level litigation associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement practice in Northern California. This is an immediate opportunity to work on high-profile, cutting-edge matters for leading global technology companies — including platforms in AI, social media, search, advertising, gaming, streaming, and virtual meetings.

Ideal candidates will have solid experience in complex commercial litigation, particularly consumer class actions, mass tort defense, privacy litigation, or disputes involving technology companies. Strong legal research and writing skills, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to client service are essential. Top law firm experience or a judicial clerkship is preferred.

• 2–4 years of litigation experience at a law firm or through a judicial clerkship.
• Experience with complex commercial litigation, consumer class actions, mass tort defense, privacy litigation, or technology-related disputes is strongly preferred.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and client-service orientation.
• Active membership in the California Bar, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• Willingness to be based in Palo Alto or San Francisco.
