Growing Financial & Fintech Advisory team seeks an experienced associate to join its transactional and regulatory practice. The role supports market-leading transactions and regulatory work across financial services, including structuring, platform integrations and licensing, M&A and strategic investments, mortgage and servicing financings, and related vendor and joint-venture arrangements.

We are looking for a proactive team player who can manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and take on responsibility for substantive drafting, diligence, and client-facing work. The position is open to candidates based in New York or Washington, D.C.

Bar membership in the applicable state (NY or DC) is required.

Approximately 5 years of relevant transactional and/or regulatory experience (law firm and/or in-house permitted)
Strong drafting, due diligence, and deal-management skills across a range of financial-services transactions
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams and manage competing priorities
Active membership in the New York or D.C. bar, as applicable
