We are seeking a first-year associate to join a US finance practice with seats available in Charlotte or New York. The role will support a broad finance platform across structured finance, securitization, fund finance, leveraged finance, and secured and unsecured lending.

The successful candidate will work on complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral financings, SPV financing facilities, warehouse financings, acquisition financings and other sophisticated transactions. This is a transactional role with mentoring and development opportunities within a national finance team.

JD (class of 2025–2026) with 0–1 years of law firm or relevant experience
Strong law school academic record and demonstrated interest in finance/transactions
Comfort with complex financings (syndicated, bilateral, SPV/warehouse, acquisition financings)
Excellent drafting, analytical and teamwork skills; ability to manage multiple assignments
