Mid-level associate opportunity in a national structured finance practice based in Charlotte. The role focuses on securitizations, warehouse lending and related structured lending matters across commercial and residential mortgage products.

Ideal candidates will have strong deal experience on transactions such as RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, repack securities, and structured repurchase arrangements, and will work with domestic and international creditors and institutional lenders.

All applicants must be admitted to the North Carolina State Bar. The hiring firm is an established, national practice with a broad finance platform.

3–6 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, or related lending transactions
Demonstrated transactional experience with RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, warehouse lending, or repurchase structures
Admission to the North Carolina State Bar required
Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills
