Established capital markets team is seeking a mid‑to‑senior associate with strong securitization and structured finance experience to join its Securities & Public Company Advisory practice in Charlotte. The role will handle transactions involving securitizations, structured products and related corporate or real‑estate financing matters.

Ideal candidates will have substantial law firm experience on CLO, CMBS, repo or other asset‑backed financings (these are a plus but not required), excellent academic credentials, and the ability to work on complex cross‑disciplinary matters. The position is eligible for market‑based compensation, annual/discretionary bonuses and standard employee benefits.

Minimum 3 years of securitization/structured finance or related capital markets experience at a law firm
Experience with securitizations, structured products and/or corporate or real‑estate finance; CLO, CMBS, repo/ABL experience a plus
Strong academic record and demonstrable law firm transaction experience
J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and membership in a U.S. bar
