A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its Securities & Public Company Advisory department in its Charlotte office. The role focuses on securitization, structured finance and structured products, alongside related corporate and real estate finance work.

The successful candidate will advise clients on complex structured finance transactions, with exposure to areas such as CLOs, CMBS, repo facilities and other asset-based lending structures. This is an opportunity to take on significant responsibility within a collaborative, high-caliber practice.

Minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate and/or real estate
CLO, CMBS, repo and other asset-based lending finance experience is a plus, but not required
Excellent academic credentials
Solid law firm work experience
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States
