A well‑established global finance practice is seeking a first‑year associate to join its US team, with positions available to sit in Charlotte or New York. The role will support matters across structured finance, securitization, fund finance, leveraged finance, and secured and unsecured lending.

The successful candidate will work on complex domestic and cross‑border syndicated and bilateral financings, SPV financing facilities, warehouse financings, acquisition financings and other sophisticated transactions. The team offers formal mentoring and opportunities for transactional exposure and professional development.

JD (class of 2025–2026) with 0–1 years post‑qualification experience
Strong law school academic record and demonstrable interest in finance law
Interest or coursework/experience in structured finance, securitization, fund finance, leveraged finance, or lending transactions
Excellent research, drafting and teamwork skills; ability to balance multiple matters and work in a fast‑paced transactional environment
