Mid-level associate role supporting a national fund finance practice. The team advises lenders and funds on secured and unsecured fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance and private credit transactions, including cross-border and syndicated matters.

Hiring for work to be based in the U.S.; primary placement opportunities are Charlotte, Chicago or New York. The role offers exposure to complex transactional work across fund finance, bridge loans and related lending arrangements, with opportunities for professional development on high‑value matters.

2–5 years' post‑qualification experience in fund finance, leveraged finance or related lending transactions
Demonstrable experience with secured and unsecured fund financings, acquisition financings, bridge loans and/or private credit
Strong academic credentials and sophisticated law firm/transaction experience
Admission to practice in the U.S. and excellent drafting, negotiation and client‑service skills
