Growing corporate practice seeks a transactional associate with 2–4 years' experience in private investment fund formation. The role focuses on representing sponsors and investors across fund formation matters, sponsor-entity work and secondary transactions.

Successful candidates will have hands-on experience completing fund formation transactions, sponsor-level (GP/management company) matters and secondaries involving LP or portfolio company interests. The team is part of a national/international transactional practice advising investment managers and institutional investors.

2–4 years' PQE in private investment fund formation
Experience representing sponsors and investors on fund formation and sponsor-level transactions
Experience with secondary transactions (LP and/or portfolio company interests)
Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
Strong academic credentials and demonstrated transactional skillset
