Join a large logistics organisation on a 12-month, full-time (hybrid) assignment as a commercial lawyer. The role sits at the centre of commercial contracting activity and will suit a resourceful lawyer with strong private practice or in-house experience.

You will manage end-to-end negotiation and delivery of commercial customer and supplier agreements across diverse operational areas, balancing legal risk with commercial outcomes. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement and the ability to handle a high volume of contractual matters to tight deadlines.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification legal experience in commercial contracting, from private practice or in-house
Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of customer and supplier agreements
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple negotiations and deliverables
Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills; commercial and solutions-focused approach
Current Australian practising certificate and right to work in Australia
