General Corporate Attorney — Corporate (1-2 years)

Seeking a junior corporate associate to join a national firm’s corporate practice in Washington, D.C. or Northern Virginia. The team advises entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions and growth-stage companies, with a strong emphasis on technology, life sciences and other high-growth industries.

Day-to-day work will include supporting financings, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters for public and private companies. The role is a good fit for candidates with 1–2 years of transactional experience at a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials.

• 1–2 years of post-qualification transactional/corporate experience
• Experience with financings, M&A and general corporate work for high-growth or technology clients
• Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
• Strong academic record and excellent drafting and transactional skills
