General Liability Associate Attorney — Denver

A well-established national insurance-defense practice is seeking a litigation associate to join its Denver office. The role focuses on general liability defense matters, including personal injury, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases.

Ideal candidates will handle all phases of insurance-defense litigation: case management, discovery, motion practice, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. The team is collaborative and trial-oriented, providing mentoring from experienced trial attorneys.

• 1–3 years' litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or general liability
• Admission to the Colorado Bar
• Experience with motion practice, discovery management, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
• Strong legal research and writing skills and the ability to manage a docket independently
