The role focuses on patent litigation matters, supporting trial- and pre-trial work across technology-driven disputes.
The ideal candidate will have documented patent litigation experience and a technical background (electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence preferred). Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and briefs, managing discovery, supporting depositions and hearings, and collaborating with cross-office litigation teams serving technology, manufacturing, and transportation clients.
Candidates must hold an active bar license where they reside or be willing to obtain one promptly. The firm offers competitive compensation and benefits; for certain jurisdictions the posted salary range is $215,000–$260,000 (commensurate with experience).
- 3–7 years of post-qualification experience with a threshold of patent litigation experience
- Technical background preferred (electrical engineering, computer science, or AI)
- Experience drafting motions, discovery management, and deposition/hearing support
- Strong academic credentials, excellent judgment, and ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
- Active bar license in current state or commitment to obtain promptly; excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
