General Liability Attorney — Atlanta

Seeking a General Liability attorney to join a busy insurance-defense practice in Atlanta. The role focuses on defending personal injury and premises liability matters across all litigation phases, with opportunities to handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials.

The team represents insured and self‑insured clients in high‑exposure matters and values strong case management, courtroom experience and collaborative litigation skills. Candidates with insurance defense experience are preferred, but litigation attorneys with strong writing and advocacy will be considered.

• 1–15 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
• Substantive experience with personal injury and premises liability matters
• Experience with motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials
• Strong legal research and writing skills; effective case management and courtroom advocacy
• Admission to the Georgia Bar required
