Global Insurance Litigation Associate — New York

Mid-level associate opportunity in a major insurance litigation group based in New York. The role focuses on defense-side matters across complex litigation, construction, mass torts, personal injury and products liability, with opportunities to work on insurance coverage disputes.

We seek a candidate who can handle pretrial drafting and motion practice, work both independently and as part of case teams, and contribute strong analytical and written work. This position reports into the office litigation team and will collaborate with national-level insurance practices.

• Experience in insurance defense litigation and complex civil litigation (pretrial filings, motion practice)
• Familiarity with construction, mass torts, personal injury, or products liability matters preferred
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
• Admission to New York and New Jersey required
