Apply in confidence →An established global law practice is seeking a motivated mid-level associate to join its Global Mobility & Migration team in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on business immigration matters for institutional and corporate clients, managing client portfolios and counseling on strategic visa options.
Day-to-day work includes drafting and filing petitions and responses (including RFEs/NOIDs), interfacing with USCIS, DOL and DOS, supporting audits and compliance projects, and researching the impact of legal and policy changes on client matters. The team values strong client service, collaboration and clear written and oral communication.
- 3–4 years' relevant business immigration experience (mid-level associate)
- Experience across US employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant categories (e.g., H‑1B, L‑1, PERM, I-140/EB‑1, EB‑2, EB‑3, AOS)
- Proven experience managing client immigration portfolios and responding to agency inquiries (RFEs/NOIDs)
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
