Senior-level immigration role in a large, immigration-focused international law practice. The position involves managing complex business immigration matters, serving as a strategic advisor to senior clients, and leading end-to-end casework across a diverse client portfolio.

The role includes team leadership responsibilities, overseeing quality and risk, and contributing to process improvement and standardization. You will work collaboratively with regional and global colleagues and leverage technology and firm systems to deliver efficient client service.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
Approximately 8+ years' post-qualification experience in business immigration
Demonstrated expertise in immigration law and prior team management experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication, analytical skills, and client-service orientation
