In this senior associate role, you will lead immigration cases end to end, act as a key account manager, and serve as a trusted advisor on complex business immigration matters. You will also take on team leadership responsibilities, supervising associates and staff, driving quality and performance, and supporting business development efforts including pitches and client presentations.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or the Washington DC bar
8+ years of experience at Associate level
Acknowledged as an expert in immigration law
Prior team management experience strongly preferred
