Senior Business Immigration Associate — Washington, DC

Senior associate role in a dedicated business immigration practice, working on complex corporate immigration matters for multinational and domestic clients. The position offers end-to-end case ownership, client account management and the opportunity to act as a strategic advisor on regulatory and policy developments.

The role involves supervising and mentoring junior staff, leading project teams, contributing to process improvement and participating in business development and pitch activities. Strong use of the firm's immigration technology and data systems is expected.

• U.S. JD or LLM
• Member of a U.S. state bar or the District of Columbia Bar
• Minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience in business immigration
• Recognized technical expertise in immigration law and prior team-management experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and provide high-quality client service
