Business Immigration Associate — Phoenix

We are seeking an experienced business immigration associate to join a specialist immigration practice in Phoenix. The role involves advising corporate clients on complex immigration matters, developing immigration strategies, and managing case preparation and filings from start to finish.

The team operates in a collaborative, technology-enabled environment and values client service, process improvement and knowledge-sharing. You will work directly with senior team members, participate in client meetings, and have opportunities to contribute to business development and practice initiatives.

• U.S. JD or LLM
• Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
• 5–8 years' post-qualification experience in business immigration
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. immigration law and experience formulating strategies for complex matters
• Prior team management or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
