Seeking a Business Immigration Associate to join a large, specialist immigration practice in Phoenix. This role provides hands-on client work across business immigration matters, opportunity to manage complex cases independently, and collaboration with regional and firmwide teams using industry-focused technology and standardized processes.

The associate will oversee case preparation and filings, research complex immigration issues, develop practical strategies, and communicate solutions to varied audiences. The role includes supervising junior staff, contributing to process improvements, and participating in business development and client-facing activities.

U.S. JD or LLM
Member of a U.S. state bar or D.C. bar
3–5 years' post-qualification experience in business immigration
Strong working knowledge of U.S. immigration law and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail; ability to manage competing priorities
Prior team supervision or mentoring experience preferred
