This role offers hands-on experience preparing non‑immigrant and immigrant petitions, working with client mobility teams, and contributing to an experienced, team‑oriented group focused exclusively on immigration law.

The position emphasizes client service, document drafting based on established precedents, compliance and program support, and effective use of firm technology and processes. You will work alongside specialists, supervise paralegal work, and participate in team and firmwide initiatives.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or the D.C. bar
0–2 years' associate-level experience (entry-level to 1–2 years PQE)
Academic or practical grounding in U.S. immigration law and global mobility concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and strong proofreading skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
Comfortable using practice technology and following documented processes for compliance and data entry
