Seeking a business immigration associate to join a dedicated immigration practice serving corporate clients in the Silicon Valley market. You will work on non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, support global mobility programs, and collaborate closely with colleagues and client HR/global mobility teams.

The role offers hands-on drafting of petitions and correspondence, legal research, supervision of paralegal work, and use of firm immigration technology and workflows. The team is collegial and focused on professional development, with regular mentoring and opportunities to contribute to client-facing projects.

J.D. or LL.M. from an accredited law school
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
0–2 years' post-qualification experience at associate level
Academic or practical grounding in U.S. immigration law; experience with non-immigrant and immigrant petitions preferred
Strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
