Our client, a national law firm with offices across the United States, seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate with three to five years of experience to join its Financial Services & Capital Markets practice group. This role will be based in the firm's Austin or Dallas office.

Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation, including preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, drafting motions, and engaging in settlement negotiations.
Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with attorneys across the firm.
Prior trial or arbitration experience is preferred but not required.
