Apply in confidence →Law firm is seeking multiple junior-to-senior finance lawyers for its Global Projects, Energy and Infrastructure practice across its U.S. offices (New York and Washington, D.C.). Roles span associate through counsel level and will sit on project finance and energy/infrastructure matters for sponsor, lender, and investor clients.
Successful candidates will have transactional finance experience and be comfortable on cross-border, structured project and infrastructure financings. The team handles work across energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors, often involving private equity and complex financing structures.
The firm is recruiting attorneys with strong academic records and prior experience at leading firms or comparable environments. The hiring process will consider a range of junior-to-senior experience levels.
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Minimum 2 years of finance-related transactional experience (project finance preferred)
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, natural resources or private equity-related financings strongly preferred
- Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a top-tier firm or comparable practice environment preferred
