Apply in confidence →Top-tier law firm seeks a Government Contracts associate to join its practice in the Washington, D.C. or Tysons, VA offices. The role will support government contracts and grants work across investigations, compliance, disputed procurements, and related regulatory matters.
Work will involve advising on federal procurement and grant rules, handling bid protests and prime/subcontractor disputes, and supporting False Claims Act and investigatory matters. The team serves public- and private-sector clients on complex government-contracts issues.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in government contracts and/or grants.
- Experience with FAR/DFARS, the Uniform Guidance, investigations involving government contracts or grants, False Claims Act actions, bid protests, or prime/subcontractor disputes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong academic credentials.
- Law firm, government, and/or clerkship experience preferred.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar admission in good standing; include law school transcripts with submission.
