Apply in confidence →Join a national litigation and regulatory enforcement team in Washington, D.C., advising on federal procurement and related regulatory matters. The role focuses on bid protests, contract claims and disputes, compliance counseling, and investigations for clients across the public procurement landscape.
You will research and draft bid protests, claims and other written advocacy; advise on contract formation and performance, subcontracting and flow-down obligations, and data rights or cybersecurity compliance; and support disclosure, audit, investigative and dispute strategy. The team handles matters before administrative forums and courts and provides cross-disciplinary regulatory support.

- 2–5 years of government contracts experience (GAO/COFC bid protests, Contract Disputes Act claims, suspension/debarment, False Claims Act counseling preferred)
- Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency supplements (e.g. DFARS)
- Strong legal research, drafting and written advocacy skills
- Experience with compliance counseling, internal investigations, and advising on subcontracting/flow-down and cybersecurity/data-rights issues
