Mid-level associate (3–6 years' experience) opportunity in a nationally recognized government contracts group. The role involves counseling government contractors, grant recipients, and tribal/Alaska Native Corporation entities on federal procurement and federal financial assistance matters, and handling related investigations and disputes.

Work includes regulatory counseling on FAR/DFARS and Uniform Guidance, advising on grant lifecycle and compliance, supporting transactional due diligence, and litigating bid protests, contract claims, False Claims Act matters, and other enforcement proceedings before administrative and federal forums. The position is open across multiple U.S. offices and offers collaboration with experienced practitioners on complex, high‑profile matters.

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in government contracts and/or federal grants counseling, investigations, or litigation
  • Practical familiarity with the FAR, DFARS, and Uniform Guidance (2 C.F.R. Part 200); experience with federal procurement and grant compliance
  • Experience or exposure to SBA small business programs (including 8(a) and mentor‑protégé structures) preferred
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills and excellent academic credentials
  • Admission to practice in the hiring jurisdiction (or ability to obtain promptly)
