Healthcare Associate or Counsel — Los Angeles

An established national law firm is seeking a Healthcare Associate or Counsel to join its Los Angeles team. The role will support a broad healthcare practice group on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters for providers, payors, and health‑care services clients.

The position offers exposure to counseling on state and federal healthcare regulatory issues, contracting, reimbursement, telehealth, privacy/HIPAA matters, and related corporate transactions. The team combines regulatory counseling with commercial deal work in a collaborative, cross‑disciplinary environment.

• Juris Doctor and active California bar admission (or eligibility to waive in).
• Prior experience in healthcare regulatory and compliance counseling; transactional experience (contracts, M&A, joint ventures) strongly preferred.

• Strong drafting, client‑service and teamwork skills; ability to manage matter workstreams and interact directly with clients.
