Well-established national law firm is seeking a Healthcare Associate to join its Chicago Healthcare Group. The team advises healthcare and life sciences clients on a broad range of regulatory and transactional matters across federal and multi-state jurisdictions.

The role focuses on healthcare-related transactions and regulatory counseling, including transaction structuring, regulatory filings, and compliance with statutes such as the Stark Law, the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute and HIPAA. The group works with companies, sponsors and vendors on day-to-day regulatory issues as well as complex transactional matters.

3–6 years' post-qualification experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters
Practical experience advising on Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA and related federal/state regulatory issues
Experience with transaction structuring and regulatory filings for healthcare or life sciences clients
Strong legal drafting, research and client-facing communication skills
