Established healthcare regulatory team in New York is seeking a transactional associate to join a busy practice advising healthcare and life‑sciences companies, their sponsors and vendors. The role focuses on regulatory counseling across federal and multi‑state issues and supports transactional work and commercial arrangements.

Typical matters include transaction structuring, corporate practice compliance, regulatory filings and counseling on statutes and frameworks such as Stark, the Anti‑Kickback regime, HIPAA and related healthcare statutes and regulations.

3–6 years' PQE in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters
Demonstrable experience with healthcare regulatory frameworks (Stark, Anti‑Kickback, HIPAA and comparable state laws)
Strong drafting and transactional skills; experience with regulatory filings and compliance counseling
Admission to practice in New York or eligibility
