Seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join a national litigation team defending health insurers in complex disputes. Work includes defending life, health, disability, payor-provider litigation, ERISA matters, state statutory claims, insurance bad-faith suits, and class actions in both federal and state courts.

The role requires managing caseloads from intake through trial-ready preparation, including developing and executing discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, preparing case assessments, and producing high-quality written work. Remote and flexible work arrangements are available.
