Seeking a mid-level healthcare regulatory associate to join a national healthcare and life sciences practice. The role supports regulatory counseling, compliance programs, investigations, and regulatory diligence for transactions across healthcare payors, providers, digital health and life sciences clients.

Open to candidates based in Washington, D.C. or New York (preference for D.C.). The team works on matters involving fraud & abuse, HIPAA/privacy, licensing, reimbursement, corporate practice of medicine issues, and regulatory aspects of M&A and private equity investments, including telehealth and digital health matters.

Firm offers a hybrid work model with regular in-office presence and some remote flexibility.

JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in DC or NY
3–5 years' relevant healthcare regulatory experience (law firm experience preferred)
Experience on healthcare transactions, including private equity/M&A and regulatory diligence
Strong research, writing, analytical and interpersonal skills; ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
