Growing national law firm has an immediate opening for a Healthcare Litigation Associate to join the Pittsburgh litigation team. The role focuses on defense-side healthcare litigation, handling written discovery, motions practice, depositions, and related pretrial work.

The team offers flexible work models (remote and hybrid options) and a collaborative, business-casual environment with a full benefits package. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and reside in the state.

Minimum 4 years post-qualification litigation experience
Strong motion drafting and oral advocacy skills; experience briefing and arguing motions required
Experience taking and defending depositions and leading written discovery
Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills; self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
Pennsylvania bar admission and residence in Pennsylvania
Trial experience preferred but not required
