Seeking a midlevel corporate finance associate to join growing finance teams in either the Charlotte or Pittsburgh office. The role focuses on private equity and private credit transactions, commercial lending and mezzanine finance across secured and unsecured facilities.

You will work on syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans and acquisition financings, with opportunities to support loan workouts and restructurings. The team provides active mentoring and progressive responsibility, including client-facing work for motivated associates.

3–5 years of law firm experience in corporate or finance transactions
Experience with private equity/private credit, commercial lending and mezzanine financings
Familiarity with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans and acquisition financings
Experience on loan workouts and restructurings preferred
Strong academic record, excellent written and oral communication, ability to work independently and in teams
