The team serves a broad healthcare client base with matters spanning regulatory-driven disputes, professional liability, and related lifecycle litigation. The role offers responsibility for originating work, supervising associates, and collaborating with national practice groups.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in healthcare or life sciences matters.
Track record of handling complex trials and motions in state and federal courts.
Licensed to practice in California (or eligible) and able to practice in the Fresno region.
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Strong management and mentoring experience supervising associates and paralegals.
