An established national practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Fresno office to lead and grow employment and labor litigation work. The role combines courtroom-focused defense and plaintiff-side litigation with strategic counseling on workplace issues for regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will join a team handling contested employment matters across industries, supervising associates, and contributing to business development. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination history is welcome and will be considered in evaluating candidates.

Significant experience at partner or senior counsel level in employment and labor litigation.
Proven trial and/or dispositive-motion experience; strong litigation drafting and advocacy skills.
Track record of originating or managing client relationships and contributing to revenue growth.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain) and strong leadership/team management skills.
