Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Fresno litigation team with a primary focus on employment and labor matters. The role will handle a mix of commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related litigation, and construction-defect matters for regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, manage case strategy, and supervise junior lawyers and staff. This is an opportunity to grow an existing practice in a busy regional office and collaborate with practice-group colleagues across the firm.

Portable business is welcome and the firm supports partners who bring client relationships and revenue. The position offers a platform to develop both trial and pre-trial litigation work across multiple industry sectors.

Proven partner-level litigation experience, with a strong background in employment and labor law.
Track record handling commercial litigation and professional liability or healthcare-related disputes; construction experience a plus.
Demonstrated client development ability; portable book of business welcome.
Ability to manage and mentor associates and contribute to regional practice growth.
