Opportunity for a lateral partner to lead and expand a healthcare-focused practice in the firm's Boulder office. The role concentrates on counseling healthcare and life sciences clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and will have responsibility for originating business, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers. This position is suited to an experienced partner with an established healthcare or life sciences practice who wants a platform to grow their client base.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law.
Proven record of client origination and business development; portable practice welcomed.
Strong regulatory, transactional and compliance experience relevant to healthcare clients.
Track record managing teams and mentoring associates.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
