Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Healthcare Litigation & Technology team in the Boulder office. The role focuses on representing clients in the healthcare, life sciences and digital health sectors on complex litigation and regulatory matters.

The position offers the opportunity to lead matters, develop client relationships, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on technology-related disputes and regulatory issues that intersect with healthcare and life sciences.

Established partner-level litigation experience in healthcare and life sciences matters, including digital health or technology-related disputes.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; a portable practice or book of business is preferred.
Strong trial and/or dispositive motion experience and comfort leading multifaceted matters.
Active bar admission and experience working with cross-border or multi-jurisdictional teams are a plus.
