Intellectual Property Partner — Boulder

Experienced IP partner sought to join a well-established practice in Boulder handling patent and trademark matters. The role focuses on counseling and litigating infringement disputes, supporting both prosecution and enforcement strategies, and leading client matters through trial and appeal when necessary.

This is a partner-level role with responsibility for business development, client relationship management, and mentoring junior lawyers. Candidates with a portable practice or the ability to bring client relationships are encouraged to apply. The position does not routinely involve work for major streaming-platform providers.

• Established partner-level experience in patent and trademark work, including infringement litigation.
