High-profile law practice seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand its Compliance & Regulatory and Litigation capabilities from the Boulder office. The role will focus on privacy, data protection and regulatory-driven litigation work across technology and regulated-industry clients.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced team and will handle complex regulatory matters and contentious proceedings, integrating counseling and dispute strategies. There is support from experienced litigators and regulatory practitioners across the firm.

Applicants with an existing portable practice or the ability to originate and develop new business are encouraged to apply; compensation and partnership structure will reflect seniority and contribution.

Established partner-level track record in regulatory counseling, privacy/data-protection work, and related litigation.
Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes matters and to lead client-facing teams.
Demonstrable book-building/origination ability or a portable practice suitable for a partner role.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong reputation with in-house or regulator-side clients.
